The S21 range come in 4 colours: Phantom Gray, Phantom White, Phantom Violet & Phantom Pink

The display now comes with a curved screen and Full HD+ resolution. The S21 lineup also offers in-screen fingerprint sensor which is supposedly faster to recognize your fingerprint.

The phones are now 20% faster compared to the S20 range and offer 16GB RAM & 512GB of Storage. The Samsung Galaxy S21 will cost £769 and the Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus will cost £949.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra

The Samsung S21 Ultra is the star attraction of the launch with a 6.8inch 120Hz OLED screen, 80% larger battery compared to an iPhone 12 and camera cluster that wraps around the side of the device.

As mentioned at the start of this article the S21 Ultra packs a punch in the camera department with an Ultra-wide camera, 108-megapixel main camera and two 10-megapixel telephoto camera. One with 3x optical zoom and the second has a 10x optical zoom lens for extended magnifications.  What to make a video with the 4k 60 fps across all lenses it gives Apple a real run for its money.

“Apple regularly sets the benchmark for photography and video on smartphones, but one area where Samsung has a competitive edge is zoom capabilities on its cameras,” said Ben Wood, chief of research at CCS Insight.

The S21 Ultra will also offer the Samsung Pen known as the S Pen something you will have only seen in the Galaxy Note series.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will also be available on the 29th January and is expected to cost from £1,149 for the 128GB of storage and 12GB of RAM version. Samsung will also offer 256GB & 512GB options but price not known currently.

Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro

Samsung has also considered its wearables for the launch and has released the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. The Galaxy Buds Pro will cost £219 and offer the following features: Arctic Noise Cancelling, 11mm Woofer with 6.5mm tweeter speakers. The Buds Pro also offer IPX7 water resistance and come with 18 hours of battery life with ANC turned on.
